Features:
- 100% cotton straps and body lining (unless stated otherwise) – The straps and body lining is crafted from 100% soft cotton drill. This material is known to be used making uniforms. It’s cooling yet very durable.
- wide shoulder and waist straps – measuring ~4″ is comfortable to giving enough support and it’s not too wide so it won’t cause digging and slippage.
- padded shoulder straps – the shoulder straps are filled with cotton fibres to cushion and soften pressure on the shoulders
- personalise colour – choose your own combination of straps and body panel from our even more extensive range.
- hidden stitch – through implementation of the x-harness, we use less stitching hence rely more on fabric itself. This makes our carrier even stronger and more supportive and not to mention more presentable.
- versatile – typically can be used for front carry or back carry. Hip carry and nursing with front carry is also possible.
- reversible – if you decide to be less colourful, just reverse the carrier and you’ll get a solid coloured carrier
- padded body panel – this is to give a more snug fitting for your child and cushions their pressure points especially the back and the thighs.
- right size – (retaining from previous version) we have tested our carriers with children of various sizes and tailored the body panel size accordingly so that it’s suitable to be used for newborns, infants and toddlers. Height of body panel can easily be shorted by rolling bottom part.
- 2 straps length sizes – standard SNUGG Mei Tai straps should snugly fit a size L and smaller, if you require longer straps simply opt for the XL straps only for additional RM15

Hi, congratulations on your newborn.
I’m wondering how soon will u start taking custom orders again? I’m really, really interested with your mei tai. On what age can I start using MT? My baby is now 1 month old.

I haven’t given birth yet. My due date is tomorrow though. It’ll be quite some time until I start taking orders again. I want my family to be ready before I officially start taking orders again. If you like, you can send me email stating that you’d like to be notified and I will send you email when we’re ready to take orders again, or you can subscribe to this blog, under the facebook button on the right sidebar, and you’ll be updated as soon as I post regarding opening custom slots again.
To answer your question, a SNUGG Mei Tai is suitable from newborn until about 2-3 yrs of age. The standard size of body panel is made to last well into toddlerhood so parents usually find that the body panel is a bit too big for smaller/younger babies but rest assured that your baby will soon grow into the carrier. With a SNUGG Mei Tai too, you can improvise by shortening the body panel (by rolling up the bottom part) and you can cinch the body panel to allow small/young babies to have their legs out.
