      hi Ruby, once ordered and payment cleared, it takes within 7 working days to process your order. Most of our previous customers received their SNUGG Mei Tai withing this period. We will inform you if we expect any delays (illness in the family/emergencies). Yes, sure you can request for smaller body panels if you’d like. Hope that helps!

    1. This mei tai is buckle mei tai or tie on mei tai?
    2. My baby only 5month and weight about 7kg. Is it suitable to use mei tai? or maybe for older baby?

    2) My baby is barely 2 months. I havent seen a newborn in mei tai in your photo gallery. What do u advice?

    5) I saw one mei tai with baby hawk body panel. Didn’t turn too good eh?

    Hi I’m interested in getting a sling from u..plus others (shopaholic!) my boy is already 14 months, would it still be ok for him..I’ve been using Baby Bjorn all this while, now it hurts coz he is heavy now. And when is the fastest I can get it?

      hi jessinatto, SNUGG MT has been tested to safely and comfortable carry a 3 year old weighing 16kgs. I myself am still using it to carry my 2y.o. toddler weighing ~14kgs. HTH!

      Hi hyde, a SNUGG MT is the most traditional, has 4 long straps, 2 to be tied around the waist and 2 over the shoulders and around your body. SNUGG buckle-tai (SNUGG MT with buckles) have buckles to replace the length straps and you use the buckles to fasten the carrier around your body instead of tying. SNUGG SSC (soft structured carrier) on the other hand as the name suggest, is more structured like the departmental store carriers that u usually see but the design is inspired from a traditional mei tai. The major difference between SNUGG MT and SNUGG SSC is that SNUGG SSC has a fixed firm handmade waist padding that helps to distribute the weight of baby more efficiently hence it is more recommended for bigger, heavier and chunkier babies or for long carrying. Hope that helps! The price of SSC will be announced sometime between 14th-18th Nov, it will be between RM200-RM250 range without any add-ons.
