Safety Instructions for SNUGG Carriers®

• Please observe instructional videos carefully before attempting to use the carrier for the first time. Wear you baby beside a bed or a sofa and be extremely vigilant to your baby’s comfort and feelings. DO NOT force your child if they are uncoorperative. Do try again when they are calm, sometimes they need time to get used to the carrier.
• Make sure you baby is well rested, well fed, changed and happy prior to wearing using this carrier
• DO NOT attempt to handle or work with hot and dangerous item while babywearing ESPECIALLY with front carry. Always make sure dangerous items are not within your child’s reach.
• Regularly inspect carrier for any signs of damage, wear and tear that may compromise safety. Do not use if you’re not confident with the state of your carrier.
• Always check on your child. Make sure their face is not covered and that they are comfortable and readjust if necessary
• Spot clean if necessary. Only machine wash in laundry bag on delicate setting.

Payment

• Payment is to be made via bank transfer or bank deposit into Maybank Account/CIMB Account/Public Bank Account
• Payment via PAYPAL is available upon request with 7% service charge.
• COD is generally within KL and Ipoh area, strictly by appointment

Shipping

• All SNUGG Diaper Clutches are sent via PosExpress which cost RM4.50 each within Malaysia
• All SNUGG Mei Tais are sent via Skynet which cost RM8 minimum each. There will be surcharge for certain areas.
• All SNUGG Pouch Slingss are sent via Skynet which cost RM6 minimum each. There will be surcharge for certain areas.
• All SNEXYs postage charges starts at RM4.50 within Malaysia.
• Snuggbaby is not responsible for items lost/damaged while in transit
• COD/Pick-up-point is generally within Ipoh and Shah Alam area, strictly by appointment

Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we give full refund if returned within 7 days from the receiving date provided that the item is still in its original condition. However, you have to bear the shipping cost.
• Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchange or refund for SNEXIES. However if there’s clearly a manufacturing defect, we will consider replacement.
• Snuggbaby reserves the right to accept or refuse a refund or exchange of items based on the items’ condition
• Costs of shipping is non-refundable
