How to purchase SNUGG Pouch Sling®

2. Measure for your SNUGG Pouch Sling by using our guide

2. Send an e-mail to snuggbaby@gmail.com and put ORDER SNUGG Pouch Sling® as the subject

3. Copy and paste the following form in the body of the e-mail

• Additional requests: specify solid colour choice – leave blank if you want us to choose for you.

4. We will reply within 24hrs, to confirm on availability and write up invoice. If there’s no reply within this period, please check your junk mail folder just in case.

5. We will start working on your SNUGG Pouch Sling® as soon as payment is cleared (via Maybank2U) and item/s will be shipped within 10 business days. As for COD, we will confer via e-mail or phone to set time and place.

6. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we give full refund if returned within 7 days from the receiving date provided that the item is still in its original condition. However, you have to bear the shipping cost.

7. If the pouch is too big, we will do the alterations FOC but you have to bear shipping costs to and fro.

8. Do drop us a feedback within our website or by e-mail. We highly value your opinion and we would like to serve you better in the future. Also do send us photos of you using our product via snuggbaby@gmail.com.
