3. Copy and paste the following form in the body of the e-mail

4. We will reply within 24hrs, to confirm on availability and invoice. If there’s no reply within this period, please check your junk mail folder just in case.

5. We will start making your product and send them as soon as we receive payment (via Maybank2U) and item/s should arrive on your doorsteps within 10 working days. If we expect any delay we will inform you as soon as possible. As for COD, we will confer via e-mail or phone to set time and place.

6. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we give full refund if returned within 7 days from the receiving date provided that the item is still in its original condition. However, you have to bear the shipping cost.
